Feel free to scoff at my terrible and weird gutters lmao. I'll be redoing them later. Kinda a strange place to stop, I know! Will definitely be thumbnailing 7-12 to get to the bloody parts haha;;;
Very nice work! I especially like pages 3-6. You really show off the exploration of the underground city and the character wondering around. You definitely captured the feeling of the unknown. As Im going through these pages, it feels like Im exploring the environment as well. I feel like I want to know whats around the corner!
You were talking about evil dogs that are left to roam, and if they're the ones on the last few pages I kind of wish they looked more menacing or have a bigger impact. Like, OH SHIT, this basement is full of cages with rabid angry dogs.... If not, ignore this part.
This also seems like a very interesting city/dungeon/cave thing. You should definitely show it off. Show something cool and unique, that will define the culture of the people living there. We get some of it on page 5, so moar like it!
Other then that, Im looking forward to pre-ordering the book!
Thanks~! Oh, for sure. I was trying to decide how to pan around and show close ups on the cages and then finally arrive on the dog still chained to the post. I'll include more rabid funtime in pg7+ involving the chained one and some that enter through the hole!
Good point, I'll try to work some more in there!
Ouh jeez, I don't know if I want to take it that far. But this was a fun excise in doing rather than just thinking "it might be cool if I did x,y,z.."
