I'm not sure if you like the super soft effect of whatever brush you're using, but I think using a harder edge/something more opaque would really make it pop more! Not everywhere but just places where you think it would be appropriate.
Its done with a hard edged brush with 20 opacity and 50 flow. Yeah I was going for something abstract more or less and I got an underwater cave looking thing, so I threw a submarine type of thing in there.
