Unfortunately I don't think I do anything special? It's actually quite similar to how I draw traditionally where I start with just a wild line that looks like squiggly crap to everyone but me.
This sketch was drawn in Opencanvas instead of photoshop but if I remember I'll upload a psd of my sketch next time I use photoshop.
It's generally just one layer unless I'm fucking around with layer effects.
I meant to say: Do you have like sketches for your final piece? For example Personally I do like a very rough sketch on one layer, more refined sketch on the next and so on till its all good and ready.
Or do you just dive in?
I guess you just dive in, from your newest post. I just want to watch your process and see how you work. Just out of curiosity.
Do you do any sorts of layouts or do you just go to town?
ReplyDeleteAll these things you do seem loose and gestural, but I guess its hard to tell without looking at your .psd.
Are there many steps of layout and mapping? Whats the process?
What do you mean by layouts?

Holy shit, I never do step by step like that. It seems.. time consuming? But I guess if it works for you, awesome.
ReplyDeleteWish I had livestream. Maybe I can bring my laptop or something next time we hang.
