Pheonix Comic Con is coming up soon and now HYATT hotel is SOLD OUT!
The last hotel that is close is Marriott's Renaissance Hotel one block away from the PCC. Ranging $189 or $121 A night if the promotion works?! So lol that being said who wants to share a room, damn its $500-$1,000 to book MAY 23-28...sooo yeah. On top of the amount for the table...this is an expensive venture but we must make it happen!
We need someone to book the hotel room who has room on their credit card and then get paid by everyone who will be rooming.

Since there will be seven people show casing, I will have to bow out on this one. It's really difficult to set up one table with that many artists. It would be a tight fit for even six. This includes everyone's prints, sketchbooks, and space behind the table (which is generally used for drawing commissions, hanging out, storing extra prints, and putting up more work if you buy pipelines). Set up will be even more cramped.
ReplyDeleteAnd if you really want to sell your own work and yourself, you will want to be at the table and get to know who is buying your work, because you never know if that person will lead you elsewhere.
If you do choose to leave the table, at least let everyone know how much your prints are selling for and have separate money boxes.
